Sunnyvale Airflow Guide aims to make its consumer information usable with a keyboard, screen reader, text zoom, high-contrast preferences, and reduced-motion settings.
Implemented features
- A skip link leads to the main content.
- Pages use one H1, semantic landmarks, ordered headings, lists, and native details controls.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and navigation does not depend on hover.
- Text and controls reflow for narrow screens, with large touch targets.
- Technical illustrations have text alternatives and do not carry essential information by color alone.
- Decorative motion is removed when the device requests reduced motion.
Known limits
Phone calling depends on the visitor's device, carrier, and telephone application. External government websites have their own accessibility behavior. No human accessibility audit or assistive-technology testing is claimed in the production record.
Feedback channel
No public email or postal feedback channel has been supplied. The telephone referral number is intended for service questions and may reach an independent provider, so it is not represented as an accessibility-support desk. Adding a direct publisher contact remains an operational improvement.
